191-11-004, and 406-00-001) that will require material specific to those items that is not included in the material provided in paragraph 5 of 992-10-001. Where is this material cost to be entered on Attachment

J4?

Answer: For the base contract (CLIN 0001), all CFM/Equipment and Material requirements should be identified in Tab “CFM Equip & Mat’l 992-10-001”, the total price for which will be transferred to the

“Summary Sheet” in the appropriate cell.

Because work for option CLINS (0003) through (0005) is expected to fall within the base period of performance (POP), little or no CFM/Equipment and Material is expected. However, if required, prices should be identified for each line item and placed directly into the “CFM/Equipment & Material Total

Price” column for that line item. Option (CLIN 0003 through CLIN 0005) CFM/Equipment and

Material requirements should NOT be included in the “CFM Equip & Mat’l 992-10-001” tab.
