About this file

This document is a Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) Response form for a Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Environmental Restoration Architect-Engineering IDIQ contract (Solicitation N4425525R2001). The document contains government responses to vendor questions about proposal submission requirements, specifically addressing issues related to team subcontractor project evaluations, key personnel resume submissions, and SF330 submission procedures. Key clarifications include: projects performed by first-tier team subcontractors can be included in Section F project evaluations, PIEE module will be used for SF330 submissions, and only completed projects (maximum of 5) should be included on key personnel resumes. The responses are part of Amendment 2 to the solicitation, with questions and responses dated between 4/7/2025 and 4/11/2025, helping potential offerors understand specific submission guidelines for this small business set-aside contract valued at up to $45 million for environmental restoration services primarily in Washington and Alaska.
