Required capabilities include 24/7/365 repair coverage with qualified service technicians dispatched on-site within four hours of notification, and unit replacement within eight hours if repairs cannot be completed on-site, all at no additional cost. The contractor must provide weatherproof emergency contact information permanently affixed to each unit, ensure all service technicians and drivers are U.S. citizens with appropriate security credentials (DBIDS cards, NAVSEA green badges), and comply with Controlled Industrial Area access policies. Additional requirements include supplying adequate weather and saltwater-corrosion protection coverings, comprehensive technical manuals with fuel consumption curves and operating specifications, and providing a technical representative to support NNSY personnel during initial cable installation, voltage checks, phase rotation verification, and Hazardous Energy Control lock coordination. The vendor must initial "Yes" or "No" for each specification and provide company name, CAGE code, signature, and date to be considered technically acceptable. This is a pre-solicitation market research effort only; the anticipated contract type is firm-fixed price with potential future procurement.
