The solicitation itself is a competitive Small Business Set Aside procurement for services to remove and replace the outer cover and all inlet filters on a retractable/expandable paint booth at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The procurement uses a Firm-Fixed-Price contract type with award to be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Quotes must be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format and include the signed solicitation in its entirety, pricing on an FOB Destination basis, point of contact information, business size designation, and clear demonstration of capability to meet all SOW specifications. The Naval Sea Systems Command is the procuring agency, with NAICS Code 811310 and a small business standard of $12.5 million.
