1 8/27/2026 Please provide the Government's estimated cost range for this project. This information is requested to determine whether a bid bond will be required and to allow our surety to evaluate the appropriate bonding limits, as the estimated cost range is required for their review. Providing this information in advance will help avoid the unnecessary risk associated with requesting a bid bond on the day of bid submission and ensure sufficient time for the surety to issue the bond, allowing us to comply with the solicitation's Bond Requirements, which require the bid bond to be submitted with the proposal.
Between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
2 8/28/2026 Please confirm the Liquidated Damages for this project - $15,000 per day for phases 1-3 and $75,000 per day for phase 4.
