About this file

This is an Amendment to Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Amendment 0004) issued by NAVPAC Mid-Atlantic on April 23, 2026, for solicitation N40085-26-R-9024, Project 25-0455. The amendment addresses Questions and Answers regarding flooring repair work in three buildings (RR631, RR633, and RR635) at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Key modifications and clarifications include: contractor responsibility for moving furniture (with tenants responsible only for personal items), disassembly and reconnection of modular furniture and integral electrical/telecom wiring as required to install flooring to specifications, and simultaneous work authorization across all buildings with no special phasing or scheduling requirements and no night or weekend work. The critical change extends the project completion timeline from 120 days to 180 days after award. The amendment requires contractor acknowledgment upon proposal submission, with failure to acknowledge constituting grounds for proposal rejection. Floor plans for all three buildings are provided as attachments. The solicitation remains open, and all terms and conditions not explicitly modified by this amendment remain in full force and effect.
