The document covers wage requirements for elevator repairers in Connecticut, with a base wage rate of $66.72 per hour. It details mandatory fringe benefits including $16.275 per hour for health and welfare, vacation pay based on years of service (6-8% of regular hourly rate), eight paid holidays per year, a $10.96 per hour pension contribution, $0.80 per hour educational fund, $10.40 per hour 401(k) annuity, and $1.60 per hour for an Elevator Work Preservation Fund.
