About this file

This document is an Amendment (0005) to Solicitation N40085-25-R-9027, addressing technical specification questions for Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) units. The amendment clarifies that thermo-composite panels are not the only acceptable construction material for DOAS units. Specifically, the government has updated Specification 23 73 33 to allow painted galvanized steel exterior panels as an alternative to thermo-composite panels, which previously appeared to limit competition to a single manufacturer. The responses confirm that both G60 exterior and G90 interior painted galvanized steel panels are acceptable, expanding potential vendor participation in the procurement.
