About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) for a Navy Civil/Paving Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Camp Lejeune. Amendment 0003 for solicitation N4085-25-R-9003 modifies the original solicitation for ECP OPT Traffic Calming project, specifically changing the time and date for receipt of proposals to 1300, 01 July 2025. The amendment includes two key clarifications from potential contractors: 1) a request about gate shutdown schedules, which was denied with stipulations that contractors must keep two of three gates at Piney Green, Wilson, and Holcomb open, and cannot work simultaneously on Douglass and Curtis gates, and 2) a verification request about previous work orders, which was confirmed as completed per the referenced drawing (25-0061 DWG REV 20250623).
The attached documents include detailed aerial maps and technical drawings showing specific traffic calming intervention locations, with multiple pages of cross-section details, specification sheets, and geospatial annotations. The project appears to involve road infrastructure modifications, likely including rumble strips, traffic control measures, and potential lane restructuring across multiple gates and access points at the Camp Lejeune military installation. The technical drawings utilize a standardized symbology and include satellite imagery overlays to precisely locate proposed engineering changes.
