Page Section Para. Dwg #

25 Are there any security on the poles? There are no security cameras on the light poles. 0003

Are we reinstalling back to sodium vapors or upgrade to LED Fixtures?

Light selections should meet or exceed original lighting schedule, while maintaining Darksky compliance in accordance with the Amended SOW.

Can we get the dimensions of the bolt circle and presumably the size of the anchor bolts themselves?

Light poles are still installed. Dimensions of bolt circles and anchor bolts cannot be procured at this time as a result.

Is Sea turtle Light height 10-15ft nominal mounting height?

Mounting height is based on distance from nesting areas in accordance with Darksky requirements.

Per sea turtle requirements: lights can’t be placed above 15ft during mating season, Do you want to keep original height of the current lights and add in turtle lights between 12 and 15ft or just have turtle lights below 15ft and do away with the lights that are going to be placed above?

Poles will stay at original designed height in accordance with the Amended SOW lighting schedules. Lights will adhere to Darksky requirements.

Is Turtle requirements for mating season is only May-September?

Requirements will allow for continual use of lighting so that there will be no changes of lighting for the season.

How are the current light poles controlled?

Photocell. See original drawings in Amended Scope of Work. 0003

If any pole bases are found to be damaged, this will be considered an Unforseen condition. An

RFP and subsequent Modification will be issued. Any damage caused by the Contractor is the responsibility of the Contractor.

Unforeseeable repairing of anchor bolts and hex nuts holding light poles to concrete pole base (hex nuts that won’t come off anchor bolts due to rust)?

Anchor bolts and hex nuts are a normal part of replacement. Use care and standard industry practices when replacing any damaged during removal to provide a finished usable product.

Will existing conduit be utilized and just disconnected at the stub up and reconnected and resued for the new light poles? Or will new conduit and wiring need to be pulled?

Yes, the existing conduits will be utilized. 0003
