The project cost range is $250-500,000 dollars. The specifications require that the superintendent cannot be the CQC/SSHO person on the project.

Essentially we will have two administrative positions that have no other duties doing a 5,000 sq foot renovation project. The cost of an individual with no other duties will add an excessive amount of cost to the project. Please consider that the superintendent can also function as the CQC and SSHO, essentially being triple hatted for this small of a project.

Refer to Design Revision 01.

Specifications have been modified to allow performance of CQC/SSHO responsibilities by the superintendent.
