SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The following have been added by full text:

AMENDMENT 0004

Solicitation N40085-22-R-2509 Bullet Traps Operations, Maintenance, Repairs, and Lead Cleaning for Breach/Shooting Houses, and Indoor Ranges

This amendment should be acknowledged when your proposal is submitted. Failure to acknowledge may constitute grounds for rejection of your proposal.

1. Question: On average, how much hazardous waste is being shipped out per year?

Answer: There is no concrete answer to your question. Quantities may vary from year to year.

2. Question: On average, how many rounds are being fired at each range per year?

Answer: There are too many variables to give one substantial answer to this question. Firing is based upon the needs of the warfighters training. Multiple units utilize the ranges for firing.

3. Question: The rubber berm trap (RR-16) cleaning is detailed in the Scope of Work, 1502000 Section 3.1.2, however, it is not listed separately in the ELINs. Where are we to include our pricing for semi-annual cleaning of the rubber berm trap?

Answer: The services for RR-16 bullet traps will not be listed in the ELINs under ELINs ending in “AL” preventative maintenance services. See revised Attachment J-0200000-07 for changes.

4. Question: Will the proposal due date be extended to allow for questions and answers from the site visit?

Answer: The Proposal due date will be extended to 24 January 2022, at 3:00 PM. No other extension will be granted and no more RFI shall be accepted after 18 January 2022.

5. Question: Should the frequency be one for each of these line items? If you have a Qty of 3 and a frequency of 2, that is going to give you an extended equivalent of 6 months, rather than the intended 3 month period.

Same for the 6-month line item. The way it is presented makes one believe that it is 6 X 6 = 36 months, rather than 6 X 1 for a total 6-month duration.

N4008522R2509

Answer: The frequency should only be one (1) for the 1-month line item, not the others. The timeframe for the extended services is the quantity and the frequency is the number of services to be provided during the extended timeframe.

6. Replacing Attachment J-0200000-02 wage determination revision 18 with wage determination revision 19.
