M-601 Schedules & E-401 Note 4 Indicate that Exhaust Fan EF-2 is to be a 2-Speed Fan (please note it does not indicate EF-3 to be a 2-Speed Fan). M-703 Detail A1 does not indicate 2-Speed control for any fan.
Additionally E-401 Note 4 Requires Electrical Contractors to provide New Automated controls for 2-Speed Powered Roof Ventilators #2 & #3. There appears to be no control system diagram or sequence of Operation for EF-3. Please provide clarification as to the controls for EF-1, EF-2 and EF-3 with respect to these concerns. M-703 Control Diagram and Sequences indicate an Outside Air Damper is to be controlled with EF-2 (Potentially EF-3, as well), however notes on MD-102 indicate the Existing Roof Ventilation Dampers are to have their the pneumatic damper actuator removed and be locked closed. New Work plans do not appear to include new dampers that would be associated with these fans. Please indicate if the "Outside Air Damper" shown on M-703 is to be controlled and its location/s if it is.
MD101 NOTE 12 - OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER
