No. Questions (Should include Specification Section or Drawing Reference)

Answers

1 1502000-2.2.1 Certification, Training, and Licensing:

1502000-3.2.3 Cooking Oil:

Industrial Waste Disposal License (Shori-Hai-Yu) is required, even, collected waste cooking oil is carried to Recycle Yard (on Base), So, I think that, its disposal license (Hai-Yu) is not necessary on this project.

If there is another reason, I would like to ask why its license is required.

"Hai-Yu is not necessarily needed for cooking oil".

Added the term “exception of cooking oil” in this amendment.

2 1502000-2.2.1 Certification, Training, and Licensing:

I think that, there is no works (may be for PM of exhaust hood and its related equipment) which, 1st or 2nd grade electrician must be engaged.

If there is another reason, I would like to ask why its license is required.

Electrical certification is needed for non-recurring work.

No changed.
