No‐ not at this time. The exact number of bridges varies year to year and is dependent on a variety of factors. 4

Recognizing we can submit our proposal electronically, is there a file size limit?

The file size limit is unknown. If offerors are unable to submit their proposals due to file size, they may request a DoD Safe link to submit their proposal. Late proposals will not be accepted due to issues related with file size. 4

Do ALL personnel proposed for the four roles that are outlined in the RFP on page 3 are they required to have those credentials (licensed PE, minimum of three years NBIS Bridge Inspection experience)? For example, we have team leaders who are qualified to the federal standards but don't have a PE can we shall include a resume for these individuals and or include them on the organization chart?

A proposed bridge inspection Team

Leader for this contract must have a

PE. You can still provide a resume, but they will be considered as an assistant inspector. 4
