About this file

This is a technical specification excerpt for hose assemblies that establishes the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and certification requirements for deliverables.

The CDRL specifies that contractors must submit Certificates of Hydrostatic Test for each assembly, with one report required per tested unit. The contract involves twenty-two (22) hardware units across nine (9) distinct equipment types distributed under Contract Line Items (CLINs) 0001 through 0009. Reports must be submitted to the Government concurrently with shipment from the manufacturer's facility in digital format. While individual reports are required for each unit, reports may be consolidated by equipment type (up to 9 sequences) if multiple units of the same type are tested, provided that individual serial numbers and test parameters for all 22 units are clearly delineated. The distribution code is 410/0 via mail with no DD-250 required.

Section C.3 establishes required certification instructions mandating that a Certificate of Compliance be supplied with each shipment containing the attestation that "all items furnished on this contract are in full compliance with all contract requirements." The certificate must include the signature and title of the vendor official designated responsible for Quality Assurance and must identify materials by lot, batch, part number, or other identifying information. The vendor bears full liability for conducting all required tests, analyses, inspections, and examinations regardless of whether certifications are explicitly required.
