About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document issued by Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) for solicitation N32253-26-Q-0071, a forklift rental requirement dated August 4, 2026.
The document clarifies two key aspects of the solicitation. First, regarding Contract Line Items (CLINs), the government explains that CLINs are structured by the quantity of units required annually and during the six-month extension period to facilitate invoicing efficiency, while the Performance Work Statement describes the actual rental usage throughout the year. Second, concerning equipment operating hours, the government is requesting unlimited hours for the forklifts, with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) responsible for tracking monthly hour usage in accordance with the PWS requirements.
