18 General question
The Q&A document states, "A list of equipment will be created and provided by the Gov.". Is it intended that the listed be provided prior to the due-date, or will it only be provided to the contract awardee?
The list will be provided to the contractor AFTER the contract is awarded. Brands in use are Aruba, FLIR, and Pelco
19 General question
For accurate quoting, a listing of equipment type and quantities is needed, prior to building our quote. The SCOPE of work and everything listed in the PWS clearly read that in addition to on-site preventative maintenance, technical support, and repairs that REPLACEMENT is required (where necessary). IOT accurately budget for replacement of items, we'll need a current listing with quantities to calculate an accurate quote, particularly for the costliest systems (FLIR).
