Apprentice Graduation Venue
RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS (4/25/2024)
1. Question: How would you like proposal to be submitted?
Answer: Please review the contract opportunity description section. “Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.”
2. Question: Can the event space be in a hotel?
Answer: Yes.
3. Question: Could you share with me the contract value of the previous incumbent, if any?
Answer: Federal contract information can be found on www.fpds.gov.
4. Question: Would you need an area for the families and graduates to gather after the ceremony?
Answer: Yes.
5. Question: How many actual graduates are there?
Answer: Please see Performance Work Statement 4.1 – “Room - Provide an air-conditioned room with dimensions capable of comfortably accommodating 1,000 people in theater seating configuration.” For planning purposes, the 1,000 person head count includes the graduates.
6. Question: What time would the event be held?
Answer: Please see Performance Work Statement 1.1 “timeframe determined by PHNSY&IMF.”
The actual event will take place during normal business hours (approx. 7:00am to 4:00pm)
7. Question: Are there any specific food & beverage arrangements required for the graduates or attendees- and would it be inclusive or would it be for sale?
Answer: Please see Performance Work Statement “4.6 Refreshments - Provide multiple water stations and adequate amount of cups for 1,000 people, and refill water stations throughout ceremony as needed.
Provide several trash receptacles for cups and general trash.” No other food or beverage is required.
8. Question: Who/Which company will be the contract signer should you decide to move forward with contract?
Answer: PHNSY&IMF will be the contract signer.
