About this file
This document contains a request for clarification regarding a solicitation for ship repair and drydocking services for the USNS GRASP. The Navy's Military Sealift Command issued solicitation number N3220521R4216 seeking proposals for repair and maintenance work during fiscal year 2022. Questions were raised about duplicate statements of work in specification items 91 and 30 pertaining to continuation of daily COVID-19 prevention and control services. The answer provided removed the duplicate language from work item 030 to avoid including the same scope of work twice. No other key details were included regarding the required products or services, pricing terms, or response dates.

TITLE: COVID 15 day Contiuation of Services
QUESTION:
Pararaph 7.8 of Work Item 30 states:
7.8 Submit a unit price per day for 15 days for the continuation services described in parent work item 090 DAILY COVID-19 PREVENTION AND CONTROL SERVICES. The proposed daily rate will be used for the duration of the extension.
And Paragraph 7.1 for Work Item 91 states:

Would we include the same number twice into our Category B items? Or would we exclude the number from one of the items to avoid doubling up on the SOW?
