About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for time charter contracts for shallow draft tankers in the Far East region. The Navy's Military Sealift Command seeks to award multiple indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for up to 5 years, with a minimum and maximum quantity of zero and eight vessels respectively. The amendment provides answers to questions from potential offerors, updates an attachment regarding fuel pricing, and extends the response date to September 6, 2022. Offerors must acknowledge all six released amendments and submit a signed SF-30 form with their proposals.
