3 N/A Q: In regards to ship scheduling software platforms already deployed, will the focus be on replacing or continuing these platforms?
A: We see the focus for COMET to be on continuing these platforms. The Fleet is happy with the current software. N/A
4 N/A Q: Is the software proprietary? A: No. The Government owns the software. N/A para
3.4.1.6.3
Q: There is an inconsistency in KEY RESUME requirements. The tables do not match paragraph
3.4.1.6.3.1. This paragraph calls out a non-key resume
for a “Computer and Information Research Scientist (Navy Maintenance Systems), Journeyman (BLS SOC Code 15-1221) (Non-Key)”. However the preceding tables have this LCAT listed as KEY.
A: With respect to the Computer and Information Research Scientist (Navy Maintenance Systems), Journeyman position, there are actually two positions – one key (para 3.4.1.6.3) and one non-key (3.4.1.6.3.1.). The numbering is off which makes this confusing. The numbering has been corrected in the revised Statement of Work dated March 24, 2020.
