The contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain a facility level OPSEC program to protect classified and sensitive unclassified information to be used at the contractor facility during the performance of this contract, contract data requirements list (CDRL), and data item description (DID) attached. The OPSEC plan shall be submitted to NAWCAD 7.4.3.
