Questions and Answers

1. Do you have a bid form of how you would like to see the proposal provided?

a. Please submit proposals via email as stated in Section L.

a. Please review Section L of the Solicitation, instructions are stated on how to submit proposals.

3. The PWS section 1.2 lists the inspections as "annual". Is this solicitation designed to allow for multiple inspection years or just 2025?

a. The CLINs reflect the yearly inspections and the PWS has a breakdown of the items that need maintenance.

a. The OPPD forms will be submitted directly to the Contract Specialist and can be submitted during the solicitation being opened.

6. I understand if you unable to do so, but given the end of year work load we are experiencing, is there any ability to extend the solicitation due date November 27th?
