About this file
This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division, effective as of May 14, 2026 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4281, Revision 37).
The wage determination applies to service contracts performed in Virginia (Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fauquier, Loudoun, Manassas Park, Prince William, and Stafford counties), the District of Columbia, and Maryland (Charles and Prince George's counties). The document establishes prevailing wage rates for approximately 200 occupational classifications spanning administrative, automotive, food service, furniture maintenance, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, transportation, and miscellaneous occupations. Wage rates range from $15.47 per hour (Furniture Handler) to $60.66 per hour (Maintenance Test Pilot positions). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $222 weekly/$962.80 monthly) or $5.89 per hour under Executive Order 13786. Additional provisions include paid vacation (2-4 weeks based on tenure), eleven paid holidays annually, night differential pay (10% for 6pm-6am hours), Sunday premium pay (25% differential), and hazardous duty differentials (4% for low hazard, 8% for high hazard positions). Computer professional exemptions and uniform allowances are addressed, and procedures for conforming unlisted occupational classifications to the wage determination are outlined per 29 CFR 4.6(b)(2)(i).
