About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the Iran Litigation Follow-On federal solicitation.
The document addresses two inquiries from prospective contractors. First, regarding networking opportunities, the government clarifies that no list of interested parties or vendors is available, and no industry day has been planned for this solicitation. Second, concerning the June 12, 2026 delivery deadline for the Step 1 Plan, which requires verification of the contractor's Facility Clearance Level (FCL)—classified as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)—the government indicates that Amendment 0001 has been issued to provide clearer instructions on how to properly deliver this sensitive information.
