About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to a Federal Solicitation for Video Surveillance Supplies (Solicitation Number N0018925Q0164) issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command. The amendment modifies the original solicitation by removing the Subcontracting Plan and changing the response deadline from 20-Mar-2025 02:00 PM to 26-Mar-2025 01:00 PM.

The solicitation seeks quotes for commercial products from authorized resellers of Axis, Genetec, Cisco, and HPE products. Quoters must submit two volumes: a Non-Price Quote containing authorized reseller certification letters (Factor 1), and a Price Quote (Factor 2). The government will award a single firm-fixed-price delivery order to the most advantageous quoter, with evaluation based on price and potential past performance considerations. Quotes must be submitted via SAM.gov, held firm for 90 days, and must receive an overall "Acceptable" rating to be considered for award.
