The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392, intends to solicit and award a commercial firm-fixed-price contract to procure (“Axis”) video surveillance cameras, (“Genetec”) intelligent access controllers and appliances, peripherals, licenses, and support, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (“HPE”) Aruba switches, and Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) transceiver modules to reinforce the physical security of the USNA’s Bancroft Hall student dormitory in support of The United States Naval Academy (USNA) under FAR Part

13.5 ‘Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services”. The Government intends to solicit this requirement using Full and Open Competition procedures.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart

12.6 and FAR 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 13 March 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925Q0164 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023- 04 and DFARS Change Notice 20230531. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses are available in full text at the following addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under

NAICS 334290.

NOTES: Requirement is Brand Name specific to AXIS, Genetec, Cisco, HPE - Vendors are required to submit documentation demonstrating they are an AUTHORIZED partner/reseller of brand name products with their quote in order to be eligible for award.
