1. I am writing to inquire about the requirement for HAZMAT 3PL in Okinawa, Japan- N00189-18-R-0044. I am wondering if this is a completely new requirement or if a contractor is performing this work? If the latter, are you able to provide the incumbent information: contractor name and contract number?
Answer: This requirement is a follow-on to SP3300-14-D-5001, awarded to URS Federal Services, Inc.

In the important notes section, the subject solicitation states “3) In order to ensure that all questions submitted by potential offerors are answered prior to the solicitation closing date, one consolidated list of questions concerning the solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to the contract specialist, Heather Coleman at heather.coleman@navy.mil no later than 15 days after combined synopsis/solicitation closing date. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this solicitation after the questions receipt date above.
