All vendors will receive notification of the quotation submission deadline at the conclusion of the site visit.

Vendors must submit questions regarding the acquisition to the Contracting Officer by April 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Quotations are due by April 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM, directed to andrea.l.graves6.civ@us.navy.mil. Contractors must notify the Contracting Officer by April 22, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. of their intent to attend the site visit. Any changes to descriptions, specifications, or drawings after the site visit will be distributed to all vendors. NRL will provide hard hats, goggles, and gloves; however, attendees must bring their own flashlights for inspection purposes. Contractors unable to attend due to emergencies should contact the point of contact by the morning of the scheduled visit.
