This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a related Research and Development opportunity. The CDRL outlines five required data items for an optical techniques and measurements contract, including a Contractor Management Plan, Quarterly Progress Reports, Monthly Expense Reports, Technical Documentation, and a Final Summary Report. Delivery due dates and distribution limitations are specified for each data item. The related opportunity solicitation is for unclassified basic and applied research at the Naval Research Laboratory over five years. The work involves various optical research tasks including fiber optic sensors, chemical sensors, biological agent detection, infrared imaging, quantum optics, and nanostructures. Services include measurements, analysis, device and materials development, processing, and system integration. Field testing and work at sea may be required. The incumbent contractor is Sotera Defense Solutions/KeyW, and the opportunity is a recompete.
