About this file

This document contains a request for proposal for propulsor support hardware issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division. The government seeks to award a blanket purchase agreement with a five year ordering period to provide various propulsor support hardware components, which could be procured individually or as kits based on government needs. Delivery requirements will vary depending on the complexity and quantity of parts for each order. Interested vendors must have an approved Joint Certification Program clearance to view all solicitation documents on the Federal Business Opportunities website, and the government intends to solicit bids over $2,500 from the original blanket purchase agreement vendors but reserves the right to consider additional vendors if in its best interests.
