Question Number: Source Document Reference Excerpt of Content Question: Government Response

1 N0002422R5231 Amendment 0001 L.2.1, page 29 Offerors shall organize proposal content sections using divider pages with clear cross-referencing to the table of contents.

Would the Government please explain what is meant by cross-referencing to the table of contents.

Aditionally, since the divider pages are not within page count, would the

Government please confirm that they do not need to be page numbered because that would make the volume appear to be over page count?

The Government defines cross-referencing to the table of contents as divider page titles that align with the Table of Contents.

The Government confirms that the divider pages do not need to be numbered.
