Data for Items 0001, 0004, 0007 and 0010, and 0002, 0003, 0005, 0006, 0008, 0009, 0011, and 0012 if ordered.
Data for Items 0100 and 0105, and 0101, 0104, and 0108 if exercised, and 0102, 0103, 0106, and 0107 if ordered.
See DD Form 1423, Attachment J-2, Exhibits A and B. Not Separately Priced. See Note A and G.
NOTE A – For administrative purposes, this solicitation will be awarded as two contracts, one including ACU 5 unique requirements (ITEMS 0001 – 0014 and 0200) and one including ACU 4 unique requirements (ITEMS 0100-0110 and 0200), each with their own contract administrative offices. The Item series not included will be marked as “RESERVED” and will no longer be a contractual requirement. The Procuring Contracting Officer will delete the clauses and other information that are not applicable to the subject ITEMS.
NOTE B – The Contractor warrants and hereby certifies that its price for ITEMs 0001,0004, 0007, and 0010, and ITEMs 0100, 0101, and 0105 does not include any amount for the "ADDITIONAL LABOR REQUIREMENTS" under ITEMs 0002, 0005, 0008, and 0011, and ITEMs 0102 and 0106, and/or “ADDITIONAL MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS” under ITEMs 0003, 0006, 0009, and 0012, and ITEMs 0103 and 0107.
NOTE C – It is recognized that, should the Government elect to pursue the alternatives outlined in Section C.1.8.6, and C.1.9.6 the presence of the Government or third party contractors may delay, disrupt or otherwise adversely impact upon the performance of this Contract. Consequently, the Contractor's price for ITEMs 0001, 0004, 0007, and 0010, and ITEMs 0100, 0101, and 0105 will be deemed to include all costs, if any, of supporting Government employees or third party contractors at the work site in performance of "ADDITIONAL LABOR REQUIREMENTS," should the Government elect to pursue such a course. Increased costs that may result from Government or third party Contractor presence as described above, may include, but are not limited to: insurance; physical plant security; utilities used aboard the vessels or in proximity of the vessels in support of the work; and similar requirements. The Government or third party Contractors will only perform the “ADDITIONAL LABOR REQUIREMENTS” or “ADDITIONAL MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS” work if the Contractor and the Government cannot agree upon a fair and reasonable price for efforts under ITEMs 0002, 0003, 0005, 0006, 0008, 0009, 0011, and 0012, and ITEMs 0102, 0103, 0106, and 0107.
NOTE D - Option Item to which the option clause in SECTION I applies and which is to be supplied only if and to the extent said option is exercised.
NOTE E – The Man-Hours and Labor Dollars listed below are ceiling amounts and do not represent a commitment that the Government will order any or all of these man hours or increase the contract amount. The Man-Hour rate shown is a fully loaded man-hour labor rate (including profit and all indirect costs). This rate shall be the rate used for pricing orders negotiated under C.1.8 entitled “ITEMS 0002, 0005, 0008 AND 0011 – ADDITIONAL LABOR REQUIREMENTS FOR LCAC 81, LCAC 90, LCAC 52, AND LCAC 57” and C.1.9 entitled “ITEMS 0102 AND 0106 – ADDITIONAL LABOR REQUIREMENTS FOR LCAC 78 AND LCAC 83.” Material costs shall not be included in the Fully Loaded Man-Hour Labor Rate. The Contractor agrees that its Fully Loaded Man-hour Labor Rate includes the complete and full compensation to which it is entitled, including, but not limited to, compensation for all the direct labor costs, (e.g. straight time, overtime, premium time, shift differential, holiday time, standby time, etc.) for performing the Additional Labor Requirements, as well as compensation for acceleration, delays and disruptions and other impacts, if any, to the aforementioned work items, to work performed under any other Government contract and to any work in progress for the Government. As these efforts are to be accounted for as part of the overall craft availability schedule, the Contractor agrees that the number of manhours included in its price proposal for such Additional Requirements shall include only direct production (e.g. “trade labor”) and subcontractor manhours. Therefore, oversight hours, such as supervision, support functions, etc, which are level of effort estimates in the Contractor’s normal estimating methodology shall not be allowable as additional hours for the pricing of any orders under these Items.

C.1.2.8.4 Milestones as defined in Standard Item 009-60 cannot be standalone events, but must have a logical relationship (predecessor and successor) to the work activities that must be completed to support the Milestone and the work activities that can start once the previous milestone is achieved. Start No Earlier Than (SNET) or Start No Later Than (SNLT) should not be used, except when the milestone has a prescribed date associated with the milestone that cannot be altered. SNET and SNLT milestones, if not properly used, can create artificial critical paths in the CPM schedule. At a minimum, the Contractor’s baseline Production Schedule shall include the Milestones and Key Events as listed in Table C-2 below. Milestones are defined as Production Schedule events and are listed in time order sequence. Key Events are defined as Production Schedule events but are not all inclusive and are not listed in time order sequence. The Contractor shall determine the sequence of the Key Events.
