C.PWS & L.4.1.3 I am seeking clarification on the following Proposal Requirements for WEXMAC 2.0. The two bellow bullets seemed to be contradictory in our minds. From L.4.1.1, it leads me to believe that we do not have to submit for all services on any given region that we are bidding on, but L.4.1.3 leads me to believe that if we are bidding on a region, we must be able to cover all services for those regions. Are we able to submit for only a portion of the scope of work for a particular region, or do we need all products and services covered to be able to submit? Requirement will be determined at the task order level. Please review Performance Work Statement Section 1.2, "Contractors shall provide services and supplies through an identified and reserved list of services and supplies (ELIN(s)) at a Firm Fixed-Price. The contractor shall ensure that the services and supplies ordered conform to the general requirements of the contract according to this PWS. ELIN(s) performance work statement expressed in Sections 2 – 16 represents the U.S. Government's initial statement of objectives. These services require the contractor to integrate, manage, and perform all services and provide all supplies necessary to fully comply with the terms and conditions described in this performance work statement." Contractors are required to provided all services and supplies underneath the Performance Work Statement for the proposed regions. See L.4.1.3.

C.PWS Can we limit the number of countries in a given region to those where we have a network and can efficiently provide services, or must we cover the entire region? For example, if we select Region 8, is it necessary to include all the nations in the region, or can we focus only on a few countries like Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, Mauritius, and Seychelles etc. in our proposal? No. See L.4.1.3.

C.PWS & L.4.1.3 Does Region 23 include Las Vegas Nevada, Houston Texas, North Dakota and Washington? It includes all locations within the Continental United States of America including Alaska. See L.4.1.3.

Please review Performance Work Statement Section 1.2, "Contractors shall provide services and supplies through an identified and reserved list of services and supplies (ELIN(s)) at a Firm Fixed-Price. Contractors are required to provided all services and supplies underneath the Performance Work Statement for locations within the proposed regions.

C.PWS Will there be a more complete list of items/services posted? The current list seems to have 4,000 lines of place holders with only a few dozen specific services listed. Please review Performance Work Statement Section 1.2, "Contractors shall provide services and supplies through an identified and reserved list of services and supplies (ELIN(s)) at a Firm Fixed-Price.
