About this file
This document contains a draft past performance matrix and instructions for its completion, as well as information about an upcoming solicitation from the F-35 Joint Program Office.
The draft past performance matrix is a template for offerors to list references, value, description, and performance indicators for relevant prior contracts. The instructions define the columns and require offerors to include details like contract number, role, performance ratings, and confirmation of past performance evaluations. The upcoming solicitation will be for program management support services for F-35 JPO directorates and teams. Services include administrative, management, and consulting functions. The solicitation is expected within 30 days under NAICS code 541611. Interested parties should continue monitoring SAM for announcement and compliance with the final RFP requirements.
