About this file
This document provides the draft contract data requirements list (CDRL) for a requirements contract to repair T56-A-427 propulsion system modules and components for the U.S. Navy. The prospective contractor will receive, inspect, disassemble, repair, modify, assemble, test, and preserve three major modules of the T56-A-427 engine - the power sections, reduction gear assemblies, and torquemeters - to return them to a ready for issue condition. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit a monthly teardown deficiency report with inspection results and identified repairs following end-of-month teardowns to the government issuing contracting officer and program executive officer by the 30th day of each month during contract performance. The distribution statement limits disclosure of this critical technology information to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors.
