About this file
This is Addendum #1 to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for public works services and materials issued by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) on behalf of the Metro West Regional Services Consortium, representing eight municipalities: Ashland, Hopkinton, Millis, Natick, Needham, Sherborn, Southborough, and Wellesley. The addendum was issued on September 11, 2026, and addresses a formatting error in the original bid submission documents.
The addendum requires all bidders to submit proposals using the corrected "MW 2027 PW1 - Bid Price Form - Addenda 1" rather than the original bid price form due to formatting issues in the attachment. Bidders can obtain the updated form from Commbuys or by requesting it directly from Brian Griffin at bgriffin@mapc.org. No additional pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, or other substantive contract modifications are detailed in this addendum document.
