About this file

This document is a Bidder Special Questionnaire for the OCAT 00202-1 Multi-Hangar Painting project, which appears to be a municipal or governmental painting contract. The questionnaire is designed to prequalify bidders for a commercial painting project involving multiple hangars, with strict requirements for submission. Bidders must have a minimum of five years of experience performing commercial building painting, with a proven track record of completing at least three similar painting projects within the last five years. The document emphasizes that surface preparation and painting must be performed by qualified, trained employees.

The questionnaire requires extensive documentation from potential bidders, including detailed information about their organizational structure, current and past projects, financial stability, and technical capabilities. Bidders must provide comprehensive project histories, including contract amounts, performance bond details, percentage of work completed, and the proportion of work performed by their own forces. The document also mandates that bidders submit evidence of competency and financial responsibility at the time of bid opening, with the requirement that all information be verified and notarized. The goal is to thoroughly vet potential contractors to ensure they have the experience, financial stability, and technical expertise to successfully complete the multi-hangar painting project.
