There is no potable water available on-site, and the Contractor must make arrangements for water supply. The Contractor is also responsible for coordinating with utility companies and complying with all relevant specifications and standards. The Schedule of Values, required submittals, testing and operational demonstration, project closeout, and project record documents are also detailed in the specifications.
The Contractor must provide a construction schedule, schedule of values, and weekly construction reports. Shop drawings, product data, samples, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties may also be required. Pricing terms, set asides, and funding sources are not provided in the document, as this appears to be the technical specifications rather than the solicitation. The contract term and any renewal options are also not specified.
