About this file
This is Amendment #2 to Master Services Agreement #0573 between the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DASPS) and Wireless Watchdogs, LLC, a California limited liability company, on behalf of state agencies and members of the Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program (ORCPP). The amendment extends the contract term from September 30, 2025, to September 30, 2027, with provisions allowing DASPS and the Contractor to extend the MSA by written agreement, provided the total contract duration does not exceed ten years from the effective date. The original MSA was dated September 30, 2020, and this amendment was signed and effective on September 17, 2024.
The amendment incorporates several compliance and certification requirements as material conditions of the contract. The Contractor must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes regarding comparable pay equity, provide a Pay Equity Compliance Certificate from the Oregon Department of Administrative Services within thirty days of the amendment effective date, and maintain policies and practices preventing sexual harassment, sexual assault, and discrimination against protected class employees throughout the contract term. Additionally, the Contractor certifies compliance with all applicable state and local tax laws for a minimum of six calendar years preceding the amendment effective date and confirms it has no undisclosed liquidated or delinquent debt owed to the State. The amendment requires certification under penalty of perjury regarding the Contractor's taxpayer identification number, backup withholding status, and tax compliance obligations.
