The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center has a requirement to upgrade audio/visual equipment in a large 120-person capacity Multipurpose Room (MPR) located in the Jack Wilson Building at 3833 South Development Avenue, Boise, Idaho. The room shall be upgrade to a modern Microsoft Teams/ZOOM room with displays, cameras, and microphones. The room currently has a Creston audio and video controller and audio system that remotely controls each device and process, if the contractor proposes continuation of the Creston system, the contractor shall be Creston Silver certified to ensure the upgraded devices are programmed to work with the existing system. The contractor shall be responsible for integrating all devices into a MS Teams/ZOOM operation system.

The contractor shall be responsible for the supply, installation, programming and testing of the following equipment:

· 163-inch DvLED Video Wall: Planar MGP Complete Video Wall solution or equal. This shall be mounted on North wall, at the current rollup Screen location; approximately 7.5 feet from left wall and 13.5 feet from right wall and 5.5 feet from ground. The ceiling is 14 feet tall.

· Click Share by Barco: CX-50 2nd Generation or equal for easy connectivity. Shall have 4 Clickshare Conferencing buttons and 1 Clickshare Tray+ Buttons set.

· Conference Cameras: 2 each, PTZOptics 12X-NDI Broadcast and Conference Camera or equal. The cameras shall be ceiling mounted, one presenter facing and the one audience facing.

· Ceiling microphones: Multiple as determined by the contractor, the microphones must provide coverage for the entire room. MX A920 Ceiling Array Microphone or equal. Shall have the ability to pick up conversations from conference participants throughout the room.

· Presenter Podium Microphone: 2 each, Shure Microflex® Complete Wireless Microphone or equal for mobile podium.

· A 4-to-8-inch touch controller that shall allow users to control the DvLED Video Wall, switch cameras, adjust volumes, adust microphone level, and share content with ease.

OPTION ITEM

· 86 inch Monitors: 2 each, MultiSync C860Q 86 inch 4K UHD IPS LED Commercial Display from NEC or equal. A monitor shall be mounted on each side of the conference room, one centered on the East wall and one centered on the West. These will mirror the DvLED Video Wall.

INTEGRATION

PROGRAMMING

Any current Crestron devices the contractor proposes to be retained shall be integrated into the contractors proposed operating system. The contractor shall provide a user interface for control over this new system but maintain current easy to use functionality. The system shall include custom user interface, logos, buttons, screens, color schemes, and the like to create easy to use, flexible control interfaces.

DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

The contractor shall provide AV system drawings including wire-by-wire and elevation to serve as documentation for service and future upgrades.

TECHNICAL & END-USER TRAINING SESSION

The contractor shall provide a minimum of one-hour technical training and one-hour end-user training to familiarize our technical team and staff with how to operate the upgraded AV system. The contractor shall provide a user guide with the training as a reference tool.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

The contractor shall warranty all products for a minimum of 3 years and installation for a minimum of 1 year. The contractor shall have the capability to provide on-site assistance and support within 24 hours of notification.

NIFC RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the responsibility of NIFC to provide the following prior to commencement of the installation:

· Provide plywood backing for each display location.

· Provide a 110v duplex outlet at each display location.

· Provide all network connections.

· All AV cable raceways, conduit, poke-thru monuments, and pathways.

· All holes for table boxes and other AV system components.

· All computers, laptops and tablets required for system integration.

· All web conferencing software required for system integration.

· All cable or satellite television services required for system integration.
