About this file

This is a Salient Characteristics document dated July 8, 2026, for the procurement of one single-story modular office for the Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The modular office will serve as workspace for CDF personnel within an active pull-through cargo warehouse facility and must accommodate up to five administrative workstations, computer hardware, network equipment, and a printer while maintaining visibility over active warehouse cargo lanes. The structure shall include four walls, roof/ceiling, and floor with full pre-wiring for electricity, integrated climate control (heating and cooling), and a minimum of two operable windows.

Physical dimensions must fall within 10.0 to 12.5 feet width and 12.0 to 12.5 feet length. Functional requirements include minimum six duplex electrical receptacles, minimum four 20-amp circuits, minimum one climate control unit capable of heating and cooling, and minimum two operable windows. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Tyndall Air Force Base with offloading and scheduling coordinated with 325 LRS. The Government prefers delivery as a single factory-pre-assembled unit on a flatbed trailer for immediate operation; however, a knocked-down panelized kit with on-site vendor assembly is acceptable if transport logistics or site access limitations prevent shipping a pre-assembled unit. The contractor must provide standard commercial manufacturer warranty with minimum three-year coverage on workmanship, materials, and structural components, plus two complete sets of operator and maintenance manuals in physical or digital PDF format.
