About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying specifications and requirements for a modular office procurement. The office must be 12 feet by 12 feet in exterior dimensions, installed directly on existing concrete flooring inside a hangar with clearances estimated at 60 feet height and 100 feet width. The modular office must accommodate five workstations and include two operable windows with no additional glazing specifications required. Interior finish requirements include an 8-foot ceiling height with a drop ceiling and 9 prewired LED light panels for adequate lighting. Wall color is not specified (N/A).

The contractor is responsible for delivering and positioning the factory-preassembled unit inside the warehouse and providing a fully pre-wired office ready to accept external power supply, as the facility has no existing power infrastructure. No floor plan or anticipated workstation layout is provided by the Government. The document confirms that stated width and length limitations are accurate as written and represent exterior overall dimensions rather than usable interior dimensions.
