About this file

This is a Salient Characteristics document for the procurement of one single-story modular office for the Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, dated August 25, 2026.

The modular office must accommodate up to five administrative workstations, computer hardware, network equipment, and a printer while providing visibility over active warehouse cargo lanes. Physical dimensions must meet minimum requirements of 10.0 feet width and 12.0 feet length, with maximum allowable limits of 12.5 feet for both dimensions. The structure shall be single-story with four walls and a roof/ceiling, fully pre-wired for electricity with a minimum of six duplex receptacles and four 20-amp circuits, integrated climate control (heating and cooling), and a minimum of two operable windows. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Tyndall Air Force Base, with offloading and scheduling coordinated with 325 LRS. The Government prefers factory pre-assembled units delivered on flatbed trailers for immediate operation; however, knocked-down panelized kits with on-site vendor assembly are acceptable if transport or site access limitations prevent shipping of pre-assembled units. The contractor must provide a standard commercial manufacturer warranty with a minimum three-year coverage on product workmanship, materials, and structural components, along with two complete sets of operator and maintenance manuals in physical or digital PDF format.
