About this file
This is a contract terms document for the Maine Military Authority (MMA) one-year contract for the purchase of Etch Primer to support vehicle and equipment refurbishment and maintenance operations. The contract will be executed through delivery orders transmitted via email to the vendor's primary contact. Orders will contain distinct order numbers and may be released simultaneously with different delivery dates. MMA maintains the discretionary right to extend the contract period beyond the indicated expiration date with contractor consent and may cancel the contract with thirty days' written notice.
Bid prices must be submitted net F.O.B. destination with transportation and delivery charges fully prepaid by the contractor, and prices will remain fixed throughout the contract period unless periodic price adjustments are agreed to in writing. The State of Maine reserves the right to pay through multiple methods including check, electronic funds transfer, or procurement card; however, Maine state statute prohibits sellers from imposing surcharges on credit or debit card purchases. Shipments will only be accepted up to two weeks ahead of stated delivery dates, and shipments arriving without prior approval for early delivery are subject to refusal. Vendors must submit all questions through the designated Question and Answer link on the Solicitation Details View page, as questions obtained through other means will not be considered valid for the RFQ.
