About this file

This document outlines the State of Nevada's instructions for using the Mini-Bid process to solicit quotes for Fire Fuels Reduction and Vegetation Management Services from vendors awarded under a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The process involves state agencies collecting at least three quotes from the awarded vendors through the NevadaEPro Mini-Bid process, with a three-day response period. The SOW and cost quotes are to be submitted on a project-based basis, and agencies have the right to change the scope and cost with advance notice. After the mini-bid process, the agency and selected vendor must complete a written service agreement. The state reserves the right to limit the scope or establish additional requirements for services subcontracted under this RFQ.

For political subdivisions, the document notes that authorization and signature must be obtained in accordance with the policies and procedures of the using political subdivision, along with any required Purchase Order or other documentation.
