About this file

This document is a set of construction plans and specifications for a parking lot tree trench retrofit project in Multnomah County, Oregon. The project involves removing existing asphalt, excavating underlying soil, and installing new soil and mulch to treat stormwater runoff from four parking lots near the Yoshida Sports Complex. Key details include the creation of tree trenches with 3-way soil blend, 5-foot walkways, concrete curb and gutters, and evenly-spaced storm drain inlets. The construction plans provide dimensions, quantities, and specifications for the various project elements.

The project will be procured through a formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) process, with the construction documents and specifications included as part of the bid package. No other details are provided regarding bidding requirements, deadlines, award dates, or contract term. Pricing terms, funding sources, and other commercial details are not included in the provided materials.
