About this file
This memorandum outlines the New Acquisition Consolidation (NAC) process for training on delivery orders, effective February 16. Key changes include awarding applications training concurrently with equipment purchases, removing off-site training for Biomed, Physician, and Physicist roles from delivery order awards, and implementing a new training request procedure.
The new process requires customers to submit training requests at the time of need, providing the names of attendees and course dates. HTME will process these requests as delivery order modifications, including only the training course tuition costs. Travel expenses will be managed at the facility level, and vendors will only be paid upon submission of a completion certificate. This approach streamlines the training procurement process and provides more flexibility for requesting and managing training services.
