About this file

This is a market research survey from DLA Troop Support seeking industry feedback on manufacturing capabilities for MC APECS Woodland Camouflage Trousers (PGC 02867), to be manufactured according to MIL-DTL-32741 with Amendment 1 dated March 25, 2024, and pattern dated August 17, 2023. The anticipated procurement involves tiered quantities across five tiers of 1,920 units each, with a minimum annual estimated quantity of 480 and maximum of 12,000 units.

The survey requests information about company capabilities, business size classification, manufacturing status, production capacity, pricing estimates, and ability to meet delivery timeframes (270 days for initial order, 180 days for subsequent orders). Key requirements include Berry Amendment compliance, commercial item availability, and ability to submit Product Demonstration Models. The government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year and potential option years not to exceed four total contract years. Responses are to be submitted to Juwan Rainer at DLA Troop Support.
